What Jamily is

Jamily gathers Austin live-music listings from public sources and venue calendars, and adds tools to follow artists, venues and genres. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but dates, times, prices, lineups and availability change. Always confirm with the venue or ticket seller before you go or buy. Jamily isn't responsible for cancelled, moved or sold-out events.

Tickets and other sites

We don't sell tickets. Ticket and “Details” links go to venues and sellers, which have their own terms and prices. Your purchase is between you and them.

Your account

• Give accurate sign-in information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You can stop using Jamily or ask us to delete your account at any time (see our privacy policy).

Fair use

Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or overload it, no bulk scraping that strains the service, no use of the site to send spam, and no impersonating others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and trademarks

Artist names, venue names, photos and posters belong to their owners and appear to help people find shows. If you own content shown on Jamily and want it changed or removed, email hello@austinjamily.com and we'll respond promptly. The Austin Jamily name and logo belong to Austin Jamily.

No warranty

Jamily is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Austin Jamily isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or from relying on listings.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Jamily means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
